As a child in a post-soviet Russia, Tatiana started learning English and dreaming of foreign countries. She finally achieved her dream in 2005, when she moved to Italy. From then, she was fascinated with simple sounds, taking sophisticated shapes when written, which paved the way for studying her new language: Japanese (“Why in Naples?” was the most frequent question she was asked in this regard). Eager to find the origin of all languages, she spent quite a few years studying Sanskrit (“What’s this?” was the only question in this regard), and eventually did some extensive research into medieval Indian philosophy about the origins of sounds, words and thoughts.
In 2012 she moved to the UK following the love of her life, who moved to the UK following his passion. As a Project Manager, she enjoys working with a multilingual team looking for the best way of saying the same things in different ways and different languages. She can be found dreaming of warm foreign countries!
